We are offering relocation assistance up to $10,000 for qualified applicants Responsibilities Essential Areas of ResponsibilityProvide care to patients of all ages - children to geriatricsEmergency Room consults, triage and medical care Round, admit and manage health needs of patients with a significant range of complex and co-morbid disease conditionsManages all inpatient care and provides prompt attention to all patients admitted to the hospital, including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within your scope of practice)Collaborate and coordinate patient care with physicians, nursing, health care personnel, and care team members for patients in the hospital and EREmploying quality and process improvement practices to make the hospital a safer place and improve patient outcomesQualifications The ideal candidate for this position:will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate programwill have Emergency Room or Inpatient experience of 1 year or more, requiredboard certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Hospital MedicineACLS, PALS, and ATLS or CALS certifiedwill have the qualification to successfully obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEAinterested in a shift-based condensed work schedule Ten 24-hr shifts is full-time have excellent interpersonal and leadership skillsdemonstrate the ability to work independentlydemonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing patient demographics and needs We are especially interested in candidates that demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism, and adhere to and exhibits our core values of Compassion, Inclusion, Integrity, Excellence and Collaboration.
