The Ambulance Driver assists with
professional and compassionate care to a variety of patients encountered in a
multidisciplinary pre-hospital/hospital setting. Patient population groups
include children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, occasionally dealing
with multiple patients or population groups simultaneously.? The Ambulance Driver is responsible for the
safe transfer of patients and staff to a different facility or level of care.
The Ambulance Driver completes all documentation in a timely manner as
appropriate and demonstrates concise and accurate knowledge of Ambulance
(Emergency Vehicle) operations. She/He is responsible for the safety of
patients, staff and families.?

  • Valid Emergency Vehicle Operations License (EVOC).

  • Valid MN Drivers License.

  • Current Healthcare Provider AHA BLS certification.

  • Preferred at least one year of Emergency Vehicle operations experience.

  • Time to reach competency on the job: One year to be effective.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
